Positive: Nicely updated property, very clean and tidy. Had a nice touch of breakfast, tea and coffee options available. I would definitely stay there again, my sister in law was impressed as well.
Negative: I would be nicer if the keys where at a higher point to access. I am recovering from an injury so it was a little difficult to bend down and get the keys out. Someone older or less mobile might have issues. But pretty good that this is all I could find to change.

Enjoy place to say, visually lovely, and quite comfortable.
Positive: Location was good and convenient. Good access to everything we needed to get to, plus the trams nearby were very useful.
Negative: Nothing stood out as being disliked.
